Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation will be charged for appointments not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable, reschedule only. Same day cancels will be charged 30% of scheduled services. Rescheduling expires after 30 days. No call/ no shows will automatically result in 30% cancellation fee. Arriving 30 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation and the 30% cancellation fee will apply.
